Mensch und Maschine Software SE presenting Q3 report 2024

Record figures before new Autodesk model

  • Final reselling boost in the third quarter
  • EPS target path for 2024/25E confirmed at +17% p.a.
Wessling, October 18, 2024 – Mensch und Maschine Software SE (MUM - ISIN DE0006580806), a CAD/CAM/BIM specialist company, again achieved the strongest 9M figures in the company's history, including a final reselling boost before the switch to the new Autodesk partner model, which has been put into action in September.
 
9M sales amounted to EUR 270.08 mln (PY: 242.21 / +11.5%), with the final reselling boost being responsible for a +39% peak in Q3 revenue. Gross profit climbed to a record amount of EUR 135.05 mln (PY: 126.00 / +7.2%), with Q3 alone rising by +9.4% after +6.2% in the first six months.
 
9M EBIT at EUR 38.10 mln (PY: 34.41 / +11%) was also on record level, growth in Q3 increased to +25% after +6.3% in the first half year. Net profit after minority shares grew by +14.6% to 24.39 mln (PY: 21.28), or 144 Cents (PY: 127) per share. Q3 alone rose by 31.5 percent. Operating cash flow continues to soar and came in slightly above the previous year at a record EUR 52.78 mln (PY: 48.61) or 312 Cents/share (PY: 290).
 
After the solid first nine months, M+M CFO Markus Pech and Chairman Adi Drotleff are confirming the 2024 target ranges of +8-10% for gross profit and +10-20% for EPS to 189-206 Cents/share, as well as the 185-195 Cents dividend target (PY: 165). For 2025 they continue to expect a steeper profit growth of +12-25% and are planning +25-35 Cents more in dividends. Over the two-year period 2024/25E, the average EPS target path thus remains at the +17% per year achieved in 2022/23.
